It has been almost a year since I ordered the DVD-ROM with all the MLJ comics on it. I have been reading them in order, by date, and it has taken me this long to complete the whole thing! Whew! What a job, but it was worth it. It was great to see the company develop and then go to hell in such a short time. I don't want to review their entire history (read the Ray Miller article if you want that), but it was amazing how they reached their peak in 1942, and then barely a year later they undid everything and were on track to becoming Archie publications. What a shame. They could have rivaled DC, Fawcett, Quality and Timely if they had wanted to. I would recommend anyone who has the DVD (and if you don't, what are you waiting for?) to do the same thing. It's an experience. Keep 'em flying, Shawn!
