Anyone ever heard of Miss Fury?
I've recently acquired a trade paperback reprinting the early adventures of Tarpe Mills' classic heroine Miss Fury. I was wondering if anyone have ever heard of the character or read any of her adventures? For the record, MISS FURY (originally titled BLACK FURY) first appeared as a Sunday half-page newspaper strip on April 6, 1941 and appeared in 8 issues of her own comic book (which reprinted early strips) published by Timely (now Marvel) Comics between 1942 to 1946.

I just acquired the reprint book, containing the first three issues. Pretty good stuff. About 15 years ago, I read a copy of one of these (don't remember which one) that I had borrowed from a friend. That was my first exposure to her, and the only exposure until now. Never read any of the strips (too young). Does anyone know if there will be more reprints?

I hope there will be any more reprints, because I'm starting to become very fond of Tarpe Mills' work. And besides, it's a great strip as well.
