Hi Guys, What do you folks think about the books being put out by IDW? "30 Days & Nights", "Silent Hill", "Night Mary",...
Most of my collecting interest runs from Golden Age to around 1975, with just a little thereafter. I have been picking up some newstand freash IDW books and recently rummaged through some back issue bins. Some of the titles look pretty good, some are so-so. Share your thoughts.

I think it's "30 Days Of Night" (the sun never really gets all the way up for about a month every year in Alasks).
I like the no adds, but at $3.99 a book I have a hard time buying them. I tend to read one from time to time at the LCS, but I just can't get myself to put down the cash on a monthly basis for art that's a little to "modern" and writing that's average.

I like most of IDW's line of comics. But Oldguy is right. Expensive. So I wait until the series finishes up and get them on ebay for cheaper, or, sometimes, my LCS bags up the minis and sells the whole series for $3-$6. That's when I swoop in and snag 'em!
