You know, I've left this guy 2 very polite voice mails about 4 days apart and still haven't heard back from him. I also went through his checkout process to "buy" the book, which allowed me to "call in" my CC #. Still no response after what, almost 2 weeks?

I assume you're talking about the Zip #30 from comcav.com.
