I know you are being facetious but you really need a larger scan. I mean you can't tell if that is a 4.0 or 7.0 or 9.0 etc. I mean, for goodness sake it could have detached centerfolds!!!! :devil

If CGC keeps changing the rules regarding resto....I see no reason why it couldn't make it all the way to 11.
