I wonder if anyone has been following the caucuses and primaries as of late?

Kinda sorta, but we don't have anyone I really want
to hang my support on. Looks to be flavor or the week
among the Republican Party, and that will be an absolutely
sure way for the Democrats to win come November.

It's difficult not to follow it if you watch any cable news channel or any online news site. I'm a Democrat, so anything I say about the Republican field is not worth the time I take to type it, because of my bias. Having said that, though, it's a pretty ugly field of candidates and a pretty nasty race. All this new PAC money means a very wealthy few can control the election.
Here's what I want. A six week election period with complete public funding. Everyone gets the same amount of money and term limits reduces the advantage an incumbent has. That's the only way I can see election becoming more fair. As it is now, a very wealthy few run this country and I don't like that one damn bit.
